Not long ago there was an Epoch Times’ article about Harvard medical student who has conducted a personal experiment where he ate 720 eggs in 30 days, observing an 18% drop in his LDL cholesterol levels.
His experiment highlights a growing trend in the scientific community, where individuals and researchers alike are turning to personalized, real-world experiments, often called N=1 studies, to answer pressing health questions. The student clarified that while eating hundreds of eggs lowered his cholesterol, the same outcome might not apply to everyone: “What is lost is specificity and individuality.”
When I read the article I thought to myself: “It’s refreshing to see some sensibility. Finally they begin to get it!”
I have been an individual experimenter most of my life. I was raised on a holistic approach to health. Growing up I’ve rarely, if ever, visited doctors and most of my upbringing involved natural solutions - what’s deemed in our consciousness as “alternative medicine”.
It’s interesting this thing about “alternative medicine”, isn’t it?! When you think about it, what “alternative” actually signifies? In our world, particularly in developed countries, allopathic medicine is called “traditional,” while holistic medicine is commonly labeled “alternative.” But if you think of it, it’s allopathic medicine that should be called “alternative.” Holistic medicine has existed since ancient times, while allopathic medicine has gained gradual prominence only in the last 100 years. As part of this attempt at cognitive reversal, allopathic medicine is also called mainstream care. Being in the mainstream implies main treatment, which then translates to treatment of choice.
Likewise with the word alternative as in “alternative” medicine. What if we called [the] Spanish [language] “alternative English”?
—The Reality Behind the Myth, by Walene James
But one must ask, “Whose choice?” Not surprisingly, mainstream medicine is heavily promoted by mainstream media, which casts holistic care as the “other” or “alternative” modality—and, by implication, as “secondary” or “inferior.” With few exceptions, the media also tries to denigrate holistic care through such misleading terminology as “controversial,” even though the mainstream press itself has reported that about 75% of the United States population has tried some form of “alternative” holistic modality in the past years.
People conditioned by the Western medical model view it as the method of healing; they follow its dictates without question. What if there were more options, models that helped us take responsibility for our health rather than give away our power to question and choose? What if there were models that helped us unearth potential we never knew we had?
Approaching Health and Wellbeing Mentally
Nevertheless, there’s a hidden trap in such an approach. Our collective ability to provide health advice has improved dramatically. Yet, this advice remains predominantly generic. The information age presents a significant paradox: an era of health information dissemination, mired by thousands of YouTube videos, essays, studies and articles proliferating advice on treatments, foods, and health, we face a fundamental issue: the information is broadcast without consideration for individual uniqueness. This has conditioned people to approach health mentally.
Consequently, we find ourselves awash in a sea of absolutes that are, in reality, merely relativities masquerading as universal truths. Consider the common advice to drink one gallon of water daily. How can we be certain that this recommendation benefits everyone equally? Some may thrive on this regimen, while for others, it could be detrimental.
In other words, our current approach offers only binary, black-or-white advice. We vacillate between extremes: eggs are beneficial, eggs are harmful; coffee halts aging, coffee damages health, and so on. This endless parade of contradictory binaries serves not to clarify but to confuse. This approach, in the long run, proves inefficient and of questionable value. It provides only an illusion of relief to an anxious mind. By occupying the mind with a constant stream of information, it creates a false sense of active participation in one's health journey. This occupation offers temporary respite from the anxiety of not truly understanding what's happening within one's body.
The paradox deepens when we consider that this abundance of information, meant to empower, often leads to decision paralysis or misguided choices. The sheer volume of often contradictory advice can overwhelm rather than inform, leaving individuals feeling more uncertain about their health decisions than ever before.
Institutional Science is at its Deathbed
The Covid-19 pandemic has starkly illuminated a troubling reality: institutionalized medicine, in its present form, struggles to provide genuine value to individuals. This shortcoming stems not necessarily from a lack of scientific knowledge or medical expertise, even though the former is extremely saturated with redundancies. but rather from the suffocating bureaucracy that has stripped these institutions of their humanistic spirit, rendering them clinically sterile and emotionally detached.
The journey towards improved health and wellbeing has become a labyrinthine process, fraught with obstacles before it even begins. Individuals seeking to better their conditions find themselves immediately confronted by an overwhelming amount of red tape, insurance costs, and newly incurred debt. This bureaucratic quagmire creates significant resistance, often deterring people from pursuing their quest for wellbeing at the very outset. The system, designed ostensibly to help, inadvertently becomes a barrier to those it aims to serve.
In light of these observations, in numerous discussions across various health and medicine-focused Substacks, I've consistently taken on the role of a critical voice, challenging doctors and scientists in these forums. My argument is that much of their work, while undoubtedly well-intentioned, may ultimately prove detrimental as it fails to address the fundamental shifts occurring in our world: We lack a system to funnel individuals through a personalized assessment.
These professionals, despite their expertise, lack awareness of Global Cycles and the profound evolutionary mutation we are witnessing. The resistance to acknowledging these shifts is not born of willful ignorance. Rather, it stems from a deeply ingrained paradigm that has long defined our approach to science and medicine. This disconnect is particularly alarming when we consider the stark evidence before us: The fact that 60% of adults and 1 out of 3 children in America are grappling with some form of chronic debilitation is far from natural. It's a glaring indicator that our current approach to health and medicine is fundamentally misaligned with the needs of the population, especially our youth. In essence, we're moving into an era where reliance solely on collective science is no longer sufficient. But what then is the alternative?!
In my post describing my story and my findings, I briefly mentioned aura conditioning. I mentioned how valuable it would be if both practitioners and individuals understood the mechanics of it, as it could greatly alter everything we know about human interaction, behavior, wellbeing and psychology. Conversely, I have been critical and provocative in many of my responses here trying to invigorate a sense of urgency in understanding how aura conditioning, if not understood or known, have tremendous impact as pathways to debilitations.
In a perverse way I find it unfortunate that we have to come to a point where we only begin to acknowledge the aura and its impact by the relatively new phenomena deemed as “vaccine shedding”, in which many have begun to experience morbidities just by being in the vicinity of people who have taken the mRNA vaccine.
So I wanted to stay truthful to my word and present the reader with a practical tool that they can use right away in their own life, independent of any reliance on external factors, such as by needing to have health insurance, have access to expertise, or by being financially affluent. A tool that can potentially give them tremendous advantage and protection in their own process.
A tool that can accurately show them what is their N=1 science.
A Primer on the Science of Differentiation
Thousands of years ago Hippocrates, among other Greek scholars, understood that the planets have direct influence on the psychology of human beings, but more so on their bodies. In fact, they mapped each planet and its corresponding area or organ of influence in the body.
Indeed, it was Astrology the first esoteric system I encountered in my life. I was born into a house where there were astrology books all around. But when I reached adolescence, I began to reject it outright because no one has ever explained to me how it was constructed or why it had an influence on life on the planet, in a logical way.
Later, in my early 20s, I felt myself drawn to the Hindu-Yogic philosophy. I was drawn to the science of yoga (Kriya Yoga), which is not what Yoga has become today, because I intuitively understood that the body is a vehicle for consciousness, and if the body is not aligned and purified, then consciousness cannot fully potentiate. I actually understood and accepted the concept of surrender. I understood that the mind was not in charge of the activity of life.
Since then the process continued in phases throughout my life, with experiences in asceticism, journeys to esoteric centers and volunteering in intentional farms and communities. I saw the world. But because I was never a follower by nature, I never became part of that clique. I quickly recognized that most of the things I was exposed to were primarily a show of archaic concepts that lacked substantial context. What bothered me was that no one really showed me a logical pathway to understanding what I am and what I’m not, and how to maintain that surrendered state. I am an experiential person with an abstract process, but I also have a strong sense of logic. For me, things have to make sense and they have to be simple.
I read truly interesting, inspiring books, but I didn't find a mechanical system that showed me step by step what to do. Yoga came close to that, but I found it too outdated when it came to daily, mundane life: "Okay, but what do I do at the grocery store, dealing with my landlord, and when paying the bills?"
Because there is no clear framework, these systems have become enormously outdated, mostly due to the “broken telephone” syndrome. Over thousands of years, the original information has been tainted and much of its context has been distorted due to incessant transmutation of the knowledge throughout the generations. That is, even in so-called spiritual practices there’s the same power-trip dynamics that govern modern science, as well as religion: Everyone has an impressive command of spiritual jargon and plays the role very well.
Eventually I’ve noticed that people externalize the idea of spirituality—becoming the widespread "spiritual behavior" I see so much of today. No matter where I went in the world, I saw the same thing: people portraying the idea of spirituality, while running away from life, hiding behind the facade of robes, beads, and turbans.
This is what's called in the acting world indication. When an actor first receives a script, they read that the character they're supposed to portray in a certain scene is described as going through some process, or behaving in a certain way according to the scene description by the writer. An untrained actor or a bad actor will approach doing the scene according to the description they read, and then they will try to indicate or "point out" to the audience the writer’s description of the scene or the feeling emanated when they first read the scene, by matching or by forcing a certain behavior.
The actor will try to force upon himself an indication of an emotion, instead of being open to a moment-to-moment response without intellectual motive. In this way, the acting becomes artificial because it doesn't come from an organic place. Conversely, the viewer doesn't need to be trained in acting to register that what they observe feels fake. The same applies to life. We are all actors on a stage and many of us develop "indicative behavior", hinting at an idea our minds are drawn to and want to exhibit to the world. Over time, however, it becomes artificial. From there, it turns into a habit, and then it settles as cellular memory until it runs in the background automatically as a borrowed persona.
So when some nine years ago I bumped into the Human Design System, it changed everything for me. The moment I saw it, I knew it was what I had been looking for without realizing it. This was the first logical system that translated the illusion into tangible mechanical parts. What makes the system unique is that it’s a synthesis, and it transcends textual language. It presents the data in a graphical way. The unique feature it brings to the world is a graphical chart, called the 'Bodygraph,' which is a graphical representation of a person's blueprint - their unique genetic code. If we take a German, an Indian, and a Russian who don't speak English but are trained in the system, they will all immediately know what's happening in the individual when they look at their chart.
The synthesis is composed of several systems, both ancient and modern, which are: Astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah, the Hindu-Brahmin chakra system, and modern genetics/biology. In this way, it forms a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. The added value it brings is that it finally takes abstract concepts like 'conditioning' and 'aura' and maps them in a very precise and logical way, as a mathematical model.
The added value of the system is that it graphically shows the dichotomy that exists within us, between the source of the shadow and the true self. From there, it translates the information into practical, everyday language that a person can immediately apply into their life. The person doesn't need to learn the system to reap its benefits, which, in my view, is an enormous advantage.
Herd Antithesis
The other thing I appreciate about the system is that it’s “herd antithesis.” It’s not manipulated, in the sense that it doesn’t create dependence on a center, on training courses, or “leveling up” like many systems and organizations. It’s a completely empirical, individual system. Yes, it does have its facilitating official organizations, as it is natural with every emerging system, but it is not a prerequisite or conditional for using it. The individual has to experiment with it to verify it in their own life, and the experimentation is completely self governing.
Think about what it takes for the average person to access their genetic code, in the conventional way?! Modern science spends billions of dollars trying to formulate genetic testing. Gene Therapy is the hot thing right now in science. They also spend billions of dollars trying to find correlations between genetics of hereditary diseases and decision-making.
However, accessing one's genetic information through traditional means can be a complex and costly process for the average individual. It often involves multiple appointments at different medical institutions and consultations with various specialists. The result is typically a lengthy, technical report that may be challenging for a layperson to interpret without the guidance of a certified genetics expert. This process can be both time-consuming and financially burdensome, potentially costing a significant portion of one's savings. Here, on the other hand, a person has direct access to their genetic code without relying on external authorities and without breaking the bank.
Because each design is unique, and is composed of several dimensions and layers of separate information, in order to reap the full benefit of having one’s design, the individual can have a reading from someone who has been trained in translating the multitudes of keynotes into a consumable language that the individual can understand and implement in their own life. The reading provides practical tools on how to bypass the mind in decision-making, and it does so in a unique way. That is, no two people can ever receive the same information. No two recommendations are alike.
Becoming One’s Own Authority
The second aspect of its "herd antithesis" which resonated with me was that on a more mystical level the system was revealed with a very clear message: Our species are at a significant turning point. The entire weight of humanity’s dependence on outer authorities is fading away. As previously discussed, humanity has always been organized genetically to follow outer authorities in the form of kings, priests and rulers of all kinds, where the ultimate authority figure has always been the Godhead.
For better or worse, that was the game because that’s how the mechanism operated regarding the evolution of humanity in conjunction with the development of consciousness. But in our current times all of that is disappearing, and as the Human Design System reveals, it’s disappearing from within us. The information that “coded” these behavioral patterns is vanishing. That’s what we see in the world at all levels at the moment. This is what the Covid made evident. It exposed the shock that there’s no one to rely on but ourselves. Indeed, this has caused many people to awaken, but the dilemma is that they don’t know what to awaken to.
Aura Mechanics
The system's unique value lies in revealing how people energetically influence each other. It exposes a rarely recognized truth: in any relationship, we never see the other person's authentic self, nor do they see ours. Instead, what we perceive is shaped by the interaction itself.
I like to think of it this way: 1 + 1 = 3, where the '3' represents the new entity created when two people connect. Every impression we form of someone, whether friend or stranger, is actually a product of our interaction rather than their true individual nature. In other words, we can only know others through the lens of our connection with them, never as they truly are when alone. And so, the system makes this invisible dynamic visible.
Now, imagine what that actually means?! Everything we think we know about human dynamics and health completely changes the moment we incorporate aura dynamics. For example, nobody even thinks about the impact a psychologist/doctor has on their client when they have a session. The fact that the patient is constantly in the aura of their practitioner, renders their recommendations and their treatment ineffective. What that means to be open emotionally sitting for one hour with a psychiatrist who is defined emotionally?! (We will look at what that means exactly towards the end of this post).
The system reveals what aura conditioning can do to our bodies over time. It can map all these connections to things we have learned to call “hereditary diseases,” and come to see that most of these diseases are actually a byproduct of auric conditioning we receive throughout our lives, but completely oblivious to. This is the first time an individual can understand and see how the “gears” actually work underneath the "hood" that creates the illusion on the surface.
Part II: How the Information Can Be Applied to Practice
The primary focus of my work is to serve as a bridge between languages—for indeed, it is a matter of language. Every new system and every new science necessitates an entirely novel lexicon. Consequently, for an outsider, discerning the immediate value a system offers can be challenging, precisely due to its unique terminology. This is simultaneously a privilege and a limitation.
Therefore, since there’s a lot of information that can be derived from the Bodygraph, to keep everything simple, fun, and light, in this essay I will focus solely on the dichotomy mechanism that the Human Design System graphically shows. The dichotomy mechanism exists in all of us and truly forms the main subject matter through which our personality is shaped, as well as our physical health and wellbeing, or lack thereof.
I shall commence by elucidating how to interpret the dichotomy in one’s chart or what 'definition' and ‘openness’ signify, as this dynamic forms the primary building block of the system. Then, I will give some instructions where you can download your own chart and the charts of the people you know so you can begin your own investigative process to understand yourself and your relationships better.
An Overview of Basic Concepts
The Aura
Our body is a very, very sophisticated bio-electric machine. We think our body ends where our skin ends. But the reality is that we are surrounded by an invisible electromagnetic shell.
In basic electronics, when an electric current completes a circuit, it generates an electric field. Similarly, all living organisms naturally generate an electromagnetic field due to their bioenergetic processes. This field consists of two elements: one that can be measured and detected, and another that cannot be read by instruments. This unreadable element, known in physics as the 'scalar component,' contains all the encoded information about that biological entity.
This is the aura.
The human aura extends around the body in all directions. To visualize its size: if you stand with your arms stretched out to the sides (like a T-pose), the aura reaches about twice that distance, creating a symmetrical energy field that surrounds your entire body.
All our biogenetic information is encoded within our aura. It forms a scalar component that stores all our specific biogenetic information. It is essentially our "business card". The bodygrpah schema is actually a visual representation of biogenetic information encoded in our aura.
The human aura is dynamic and interactive. Just like radio waves or wireless signals, our auras constantly interact with other auras of others around us. This happens whenever we come near someone - whether passing them on the street or sitting next to them on a bus. This explains why we sometimes feel instantly uncomfortable around certain people or naturally drawn to others, even before any verbal interaction.
But these energetic interactions affect us more than we realize. Think of it as an invisible layer of communication happening alongside our visible interactions. When two people share a space, their energy fields naturally overlap and exchange information, influencing each other's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors - often without either person being consciously aware of it. This subtle exchange happens all the time between everyone, and plays a significant role in shaping our personas, our social experiences and relationships.
Nine Centers
The first thing that one notices when they retrieve their own bodygraph is the fact that there are nine energy centers.
Traditional Hindu philosophy recognizes seven chakras as the main energy centers in the human body. However, the Human Design System reveals that in 1781, humanity underwent an energetic evolution, expanding to nine energy centers. This means that anyone born after 1781 possesses this “upgraded” energetic system. Each of these nine centers corresponds to specific physical components in the body - typically an endocrine gland, organ, or neural network cluster.
I’ve been trying to find corollaries between modern science’ terminology and match them to the Human Design System, as a means to prove its validity. In this regard, I’ve found this interesting short article posted by Paracelsus clinic in Switzerland particularly interesting (Paracelsus clinic is a holistic clinic/dentistry whose approach to chronic ailments is by incorporating holistic dentistry into its program. Holistic dentistry understands that that the entire mouth structure—gums, jaw, teeth and their innervations—are connected by meridians to the entire body and its various organs:
The meridian system, discovered by the Chinese 3,000 years ago, can be thought of as energy channels (meridians) that run through the entire body as well as parts of the body surface. 12 main meridians run through the body, each of which is assigned to an organ system or functional group. These meridians have acupuncture points that act as switching points and can also run through structures such as muscle fascia.
A research group from Korea has successfully demonstrated the existence of these cable cars in animal experiments. It was only in 2022 that our research group at the NAM Institute was able to present and thus prove the anatomical structure of the meridian system in humans. It is a profound information system that is far more complex than the historically described meridian system. It is now referred to as the matrix information system (MI system or MIS). To simplify matters, we use the conventional name: meridian system.
In the event of malfunctions in the meridian system, the energy can no longer effectively reach where it is needed. This can lead to complaints and illnesses. The teeth are connected to this meridian system in many layers and can mutually influence each other
This reveals that the meridian system of the human body is predominantly much broader and complex than that which has been traditionally laid down in traditional Chinese medicine. To me, this validates our nine centeredness.
These centers and their corresponding thematic are:
Head center: Inspiration.
Ajna center: Knowledge & conceptualization.
Throat center: Communication & manifestation.
G center: Culture, direction, Love and identity.
Heart (ego) center: Will power, self worth, commitment and support.
Sacral center: Life, availability and fertility.
Spleen center: Wellbeing and self preservation.
Solar Plexus center: Emotions, feelings, desires.
Root center: Motivation, stamina, pressure.
On the Difference Between Definition (Colored) and Openness (White)
The second thing that one notices when they retrieve their Bodygraph is the difference between colored and white energy centers. They express the difference between what is called 'defined' and 'undefined respectively, in the Human Design terminology.
A definition is a fixed and reliable part of a person that they are meant to live, express, and embody. It is something consistent throughout their life and therefore trustworthy. The definition sets the parameters for who the person is and the potential they grow into during their life. Definition is like a transmitter, a defining message or frequency sent out into the world through our aura. What we send as conditioning to others.
In contrast, what is undefined in the Bodygraph remains white. These parts are not empty or broken. What is undefined functions like a receptor. Through openness, a person experiences, reflects, and amplifies the energies they pick up from others. For better or worse, through these receptors, we are nourished and learn from our environment.
Openness is the classroom of life and the potential source of wisdom we share with others. Openness also determines which challenges or fears we will face and what we are here to learn and discover about ourselves and the world. But openness is also where a person is most vulnerable to conditioning. Because the open centers function inconsistently, they are simply not a reliable basis for decision-making since they are constantly changing.
Together, the defined and undefined parts of the graph create an interactive binary between what is fixed and what is flexible in a person's design. This is where nature (or who we are by definition) and nurture (what we are here to learn) meet. Most people have a mix of defined and undefined centers in their design. It is rare for a person to have all centers in their chart defined or open.
How (auric) Conditioning Works
Seldom, particularly to newcomers, there’s a tendency to think that definition is preferable to lack of definition. This is not true. It's just duality, like day and night. From birth, we are continuously within the auras of our mother, father, siblings, relatives, and others. Our undefined or open channels, gates, and centers are constantly being defined or energetically filled by what is defined in others.
Over time, we are subtly but deeply influenced by their energy fields - as well as their growing expectations of us. Although we never lose touch with who we really are, by the age of seven, several layers of family and social conditioning have accumulated over our true self. Throughout our lives, the natural curiosity of our open centers draws us to people who have definition in those centers. Absorbing their frequencies, however, puts pressure on our openness and triggers our mind to think about all the things we lack. These open spaces become the source of the shadow or the not-self.
Our undefined centers are open to stimulation and are meant to attract us to life. Since what is reliable and consistent about us is not very interesting to our busy mind, what is open or undefined becomes a deep source of attraction. It's what we long for, what we feel drawn to experience, and what we think we need or want to be.
The temptation of this attraction can lead us far from our basic nature, and this becomes the main factor in the inability to live our unique potential. When we try to be what we were never meant to be, everything becomes distorted; we get lost, caught in a chase for something that always eludes us in our lives.
Basing decisions on shifting and elusive desires - on what is not consistent within us - is like trying to build a house on quicksand. Eventually, a false assumption starts to grow that this is our life. Through this mechanism, it becomes the only way we make decisions in our lives. Over time, the mind's defense strategies become unhealthy behaviors or unconscious habits that persist into adulthood.
Sins and Atonements
This is actually a bio-genetic explanation of 'sin'. The word 'sin', originating from Latin, means 'without'. Over the years, the word has accumulated negative charge due to religious doctrines rooted in morality. But no one has really explained the mechanism behind it.
The beauty of the Human Design system is that it restores things to their original state. It shows us what 'sin' truly means in an objective way, without subjective baggage. It shows logically that it is simply what is open within us to the receptivity for information. No more, no less.
It becomes distorted, however, when this mechanism is abused. Meaning, what is undefined becomes the center of being. The person falls into the illusion that what is open within them is who they are, when in fact it is not, but what their mind wants to learn and know about in life.
It also shows us that no one is punishing us when we "sin", but simply that the "punishment" is the resistance we accumulate in our lives; a byproduct of the illusion that we must achieve something that was never ours to begin with. Resistance creates feelings of fatigue and failure, alongside frustration, bitterness, anger, and disappointment with life. Additionally, it accelerates wear and tear on the body.
The Human Design System carefully examines where we are open to the influence of conditioning and differentiates it from our definition. The open centers in the Body Graph reveal key points of vulnerability and how the mind uses them to create its own decision-making strategy in an attempt to prevent further confusion and pain.
Once a person can see where inefficient habits come from, and that they come from a place that is not truly them to begin with, it is much easier to let go. When we start to see how easy it is to get lost in our openness and identify with it, we also begin to see in the undefined centers the rich sources of exploration and insight they are meant to be.
Let’s examine how that works by looking at an example.
Example: On The Difference Between Emotional Definition and Openness
Each energy center in the bodygraph has a different dynamic theme between openness and definition. Since this is a simplified overview, I’m going to pick one center just to show how the dynamics translate into mental strategies that drive decision making. The center I’ve chosen is the solar plexus, emotional energy center.
The Solar Plexus center is associated with the lungs, kidneys, pancreas, prostate gland, and the nervous system. Its themes are feelings, emotions and sensitivity, and its function is to allow us to gain a sense of emotional clarity and well-being. When a person's emotions run unconstrained over time, the physical well-being of several major organ systems is directly affected. Water retention and weight gain are common examples of the consequences of unresolved emotional stressors.
The Solar Plexus provides the potent energy driving the cyclic nature of human experience; its desire frequency is continually moving us toward encounters with pleasure and its opposite, pain. It is the center of revolution, poetry, romance, compassion, spirituality and religion. We seek to prolong its highs to stay connected to spirit, and we do everything in our power to avoid its lows, our unfulfilled expectations and sense of separation. With half of humanity acting impulsively from these emotional ups and downs, and the other half avoiding dealing with emotions altogether, we find ourselves living in an emotionally distorted world.
These distortions permeate every aspect of life on this planet. No other center in our time has a deeper impact on humanity, individually or globally, than the Solar Plexus Center. Comprehending the mechanics and chemistry of this center can release years of painful emotional patterns, re- establish physical health, open the way for renewed pleasure with living, and engender a wholesome compassion toward ourselves and others.
The Solar Plexus began a mutative process several thousand years ago, sometime between the birth of Buddha and the birth of Jesus, moving us toward a new kind of awareness referred to as spirit awareness. The process will be culminated when it is cosmically supported beginning in 2027. Spirit consciousness is the opposite of differentiation; it is about oneness, and experiencing ourselves as a single entity. Such consciousness results when the emotional waves between two or more beings are in resonance. This developing awareness lies beneath the surface of our present emotional system.
As 9-centered beings we are just beginning to explore, and to discover experientially, the breadth and depth and comprehensive implications of this Solar Plexus mutation that we are all a part of. What we do know is that when we bypass the mind's conditioning, and live our differentiation and our own truth, understanding, accepting, and loving who we are, we free spirit consciousness to mature on the planet, and to move the mutation toward its future fulfillment.
Awareness and Nervousness
The fears that accompany the Solar Plexus Center's present state of emerging awareness, are experienced as nervousness based on emotional uncertainty. One never knows for certain how to feel about something or someone, or what feeling to base a decision on. Because of the social relational nature of the Solar Plexus, with its broad movement from hope to pain, this nervousness can be powerful and pervasive. As people are moved forward along the wave, nervousness is either amplified or disappears; is there or not there. Emotional uncertainty can distort the way we view things, making mountains out of molehills.
The vague or haunting nervousness that arises from living with uncertainty is a form of fear that needs to be confronted in order to be overcome. When those with a defined Solar Plexus Center go through their wave, accessing the depth of their truth and waiting for clarity, they are able to either confirm or dispel the uncertainties and suspicions underlying their nervousness. By properly identifying and effectively confronting their uncertainty, they can move beyond their emotional fears (nervousness), and transcend them over time. In this way, fears become emotional intelligence.
Emotional Definition
The defined Solar Plexus center releases a wave pattern that takes us from one end of the emotional spectrum to the other. It is a chemistry that we experience as feelings, needs and desires. Each cyclical wave goes from hope to pain, expectation to disappointment, joy to despair - and back again. To create emotional stability in our lives and throughout the world, emotionally defined people must understand, accept, and eventually transcend this wave pattern, none of which is achieved by mind control.
The key to transcending the emotional system, and the potential waves it sends into the environment, is 'waiting.' As they wait through the ups and downs, their understanding is deepened, the wave begins to level out, and clarity eventually arrives. Understanding this continual wave movement, and waiting for clarity, can stop one who is emotionally defined from sending out reactive, premature, chaotic or harmful emotions into the environment.
What is most important to understand about the emotional wave is that it is simply an inescapable chemical process that keeps the wave constantly in motion. No explanations accompany its shifts and swings. Unfortunately, without this awareness, those who are emotionally defined attempt to rationalize their emotions, and to explain or make up a reason why they are up or down on their wave. When they feel sad, their friends want to know why and what they can do to make them happy.
It can become more important to them to put the blame somewhere, rather than to embrace and accept the depth and beauty of the chemistry itself. Blaming something or someone for what is pure emotional chemistry can be a source of great confusion when all they need to know is that, as the wave moves to another place, they will feel different. There is no need for a reason for where they are now on the wave, or where they will be tomorrow. They are simply always moving with it.
For those with a defined Solar Plexus center, this is their place of personal Authority, and it operates as awareness over time. They are designed to wait through the ups and downs of the emotional wave before making decisions. It is not easy for them to be patient. The Solar Plexus is an immature emotional center driven by a motor, and it houses a lot of energy. Their task is to learn how to patiently harness the potential benefits of this energy as they flow with it.
Their tendency is to jump in when they are high on their wave and jump out when they are low. In both circumstances, they are emotionally impulsive rather than emotionally clear. Clarity is only available after waiting out the emotional wave. At a minimum, those with a defined Solar Plexus center need to sleep on things before making an important decision.
When the Solar Plexus is defined, the feelings these people have about 'this' or 'that' become an authoritative guide. These feelings are indicators of what is correct for them or not. "Does it feel good to do that? How do you feel about it?" These are important questions they need to be asked. It is essential for them to take time to fully experience their range of feelings without being rushed.
Emotional clarity is reached when there is no longer an emotional charge attached to the decision. Making decisions from still waters is easier said than done. When people are excited they tend to jump, only to regret it after they reach emotional clarity. Patiently waiting for clarity will protect the defined Solar Plexus center from making spontaneous decisions that may result in poor choices.
As people move through their wave, it helps to understand that the emotional cycle is a dynamic, chemical process, and that hope and pain are not end points of awareness. Awareness comes as clarity at the end of the emotional wave's cycle. Knowing what is correct takes time, and there are no shortcuts.
In addition, emotional clarity is not a certainty. The Solar Plexus wave samples the present moment as one of many points along the way. In the end, there is no guarantee that 100 percent emotional clarity is possible because the wave keeps moving. There will come a time, however, when emotional calmness is reached and a deeper truth is recognized about the decision to be made.
The Emotionally Undefined (Open Solar Plexus Center)
The undefined Solar Plexus center absorbs and amplifies the emotions present in its environment. This center carries an especially deep conditioning potential, and can be particularly vulnerable to the needs, moods, and feelings of other people. It is critical for the health and well-being of the emotionally undefined to know when the emotions they are feeling and expressing are not entirely theirs, and that they can release them and protect themselves by not identifying with them.
Otherwise, they bounce up and down on the emotional waves of others, knowing their emotions are out of control but interpreting that as something wrong within themselves. They repeatedly make emotional decisions which leave them regretful and plagued by shame or blame, a burden the undefined Solar Plexus is not genetically designed to handle.
Open centers are like open windows. The Solar Plexus is designed to take in and sample the emotional field, but only for informational purposes. It is not healthy to identify with or personalize that field, or it becomes theirs, and they do not have a reliable built-in way to deal with it. They lose their transparency, their ability to merely reflect an emotion back to its owner.
Those with an undefined Solar Plexus may feel as though they have been emotionally out of control all their lives. When emotionally confronted, they may experience sensations that include fear, terror, shock, and anger. They may bounce from happiness to depression, personalizing emotions and feelings as if they were their own when, in fact, they are simply taking in, amplifying, and distorting the emotions of those around them. They may suffer from being punished and rejected by others who perceive them as emotionally unstable. They often feel something is wrong with them. They are generally so sensitive to the emotional climate that they have personalized emotionally charged events over the years, hanging on to and taking the blame for what does not belong to them.
Children who are open emotionally take in and personalize their family's emotional ups and downs, amplifying and often 'acting out' their confusion. Thinking that they are personally responsible for making the waves, they decide at an early age that it is better to lie about or hide the truth of themselves deep inside rather than suffer a parent's emotional outburst. When the situation is reversed, and the parent is open emotionally and the child, defined, the parent can lose control and become overactive while amplifying the emotions of the child. Understanding these dynamics can help us raise healthy, stable, independent children - and enjoy parenting.
Confrontation makes emotionally undefined people nervous. As they mature, they develop not-self strategies to avoid emotional backlash by steering clear of confronting others for fear of rocking the boat or upsetting someone. They develop a “happy” persona that says, "I won't upset you if you won't upset me." They attempt to sidestep any potential confrontation that might follow if they dare to express their own truth or needs. Though those with open Solar Plexus Centers will never enjoy dealing with emotional confrontation, they are here to learn to confront things which are correct for them to face.
It is often just the thought of confrontation that keeps those with an open Solar Plexus frozen in terror. The actual confrontation may be much easier than imagined when they stand in their own Authority, and the results may end up being the best thing that could happen because it is correct. If confrontations are always avoided, life is lived on a superficial level. It helps to remember that on the other side of pain is pleasure, and on the other side of fear is the freedom to be ourselves. Confrontation when handled correctly, when we simply speak our own truth rather than blaming someone else, is a catalyst for healthy transformation.
For emotions to be a beautiful experience for the undefined center, however, they cannot identify with them. Awareness of the emotional wave allows them to let go of patterns and emotions that never belonged to them, which in itself can bring tremendous relief. When they understand why emotions have been so difficult, they can begin to properly realign their lives to their own personal Authority. They are able to discern who is or is not emotionally healthy for them, and when it is appropriate to confront others with their truth or needs, or to walk away. They discern which emotional fears are theirs to deal with and which are not, and do not make emotional decisions. They realize the emotions they take in and feel in an amplified state are from others, and do not attach to them.
A healthy undefined Solar Plexus Center is a barometer of the emotional health of others; it can be a good objective observer of the emotional climate. Its wisdom takes the form of discerning who is making progress toward emotional health, stability and spirit awareness. On its own, it can remain emotionally cool, and allows those with undefined Solar Plexus' to rely on their particular Strategy (for decision-making). When they suddenly feel uncomfortable emotionally, they know they can leave the room, and the conditioning auras of others, until the coolness returns. It is a good practice for them to enjoy some time alone every day in order to release the emotional conditioning they have taken in.
Humanity is almost equally divided between emotionally defined and emotionally undefined people. That is, about 53% of the population transmits the emotional wave outward while 47% are receptive to it.
Generally speaking, whether we are emotionally defined, or undefined and taking in the conditioning waves of others, we have to be careful not to identify with the wave or its movement as if it were us. It’s always best to remain the objective observer; we are not the wave but we are being taken to our depths by it. Both the highs and lows of the wave can be beautiful when we don't let either of them disturb our inner tranquility, the tranquility of knowing what is 'normal' for us. Society perpetuates the notion that we should be happy all the time. Because of this, most emotionally defined people live their lives fighting against the down side of their wave, convinced that something is wrong with them. True liberation comes when they learn to observe, accept and embrace the full gamut and gifts of their wave.
On Sleep and Aura Integrity
Most people are unaware of dynamics and mechanics of anuric conditioning, and consequently remain continuously immersed in others' energy fields without the opportunity to purify their own from external influences. We constantly find ourselves surrounded by the auras of others, and yet we're often unaware that our overall well-being—physical, mental, and emotional—depends on preserving and cleansing our own aura.
Our cultural heritage and societal norms suggest that couples should share a bed as a symbol for a sound relationship. Due to the revelation of the mechanics of auric conditioning by this system, however, one can easily derive that sleeping in the same bed in the same room with somebody can be detrimental to maintaining individual identity void of morbidities over time, particularly when personal differentiation is a priority.
When someone spends 6-8 hours sleeping next to another person, they remain subject to energy conditioning throughout the night. Upon waking, it is not possible to separate themselves from this conditioning field because they've been immersed in it during sleep. Essentially, they carry the night's energy imprint into the new day. This constant exposure can lead to various issues over time.
Unknowingly, people may find themselves living a life influenced by someone else's energy patterns. A husband might be carrying his wife's energy imprint from the night, and vice versa. The same principle applies to siblings sharing a bedroom as they grow up. Given these considerations, the system recommends the importance of sleeping in one’s own bed in their own private room. This practice allows for the maintenance of a distinct personal energy field and supports individual well-being.
How to Download Your Chart
From here on, you can begin your own exploration to understanding your blueprint by downloading your own bodygraph chart. It’s free. You can go to any of these links to do so123. Once you retrieve your bodygraph you can see which centers are defined and which are not. Notice if you are defined or open emotionally, and take a moment to see if you resonate with the description I have provided. Take a moment to absorb and reflect on it.
Next, I recommend retrieving the charts of the people you know that are closest to you, like family members, friends and colleagues, whom you spend most time with. See if they are emotionally defined or open, and introspect on how the interconnectivity of the dynamics of the relationship between you and those people is shaped. It’s also very revealing to check the design of our parents, as it can reveal the mechanics behind the dynamics of our relationship with them. Ultimately, it can shatter the illusion of blame and shame—the illusion that that person was responsible for the impression we developed about them, where in truth it was just the byproduct of auric conditioning.
For example, it’s very common to have parents that are either emotionally defined or open, having children that are the opposite to their activation. The main dynamics in families is shaped by the tension between open and defined emotional centers. It's the number one distortion mechanism in families. Knowing and understanding the mechanics can greatly transcend the potential pitfalls
Conclusion
The approach to healthcare and wellbeing cannot be the same. The future demands a more nuanced approach, one that can bridge the gap between collective science and individual variation. Ultimately, the goal should be to shift from a paradigm of generic absolutes to one that embraces and accounts for individual variability.
The development of such a system, however, is not necessary, as a comprehensive framework already exists. The Human Design System provides a detailed and methodical mapping of one’s unique biogenetic makeup. The system's primary objective is to enable individuals to understand their unique personal constitution - their "N=1 science." Through this understanding, individuals can establish a robust foundation, essentially creating their own specialized "genetic protocol." This framework empowers them to make well-informed decisions regarding their physical and mental well-being, distinguishing between beneficial and detrimental influences on their body's natural functioning.
This allows a much less invasive approach to healing, and can release the need for pharmaceutical intervention and sophisticated biohacks. Eventually the most cutting edge tools become redundant against the great simplicity and potency of nature. When properly administered, it can affect changes throughout the whole body, including reprogramming of lifelong patterns and habits. When we tend to the terrain, the growth and repair is inevitable.
