Thank you. There is a lot of good stuff in there. Perhaps I could note the following:

The specialisation of health care and not seeing the wood for the trees. I have suffered from this as in 2020 I was diagnosed with a cancer which by Sept that year I worked out was related to sodium nitrite (E250) poisoning via food I ate. In effect I had poisoned myself unwittingly yet the wretched doctors in the NHS never once asked about diet.

If I may, my post on the matter.

I also now realise that we have been mislead over disease in the western world and all internal disease at least is a chemical/electrical imbalance. Named diseases just pander to the medical profession to make it seem knowledgeable and to be deferred to as so-called 'experts'.

The NHS is pushing vaccines and now even warning about anti-vaccine 'misinformation'. It has become a despicable, deadly organisation.

Please consider reading the last section of this post. For me it was important to show that for everything in our world to exist one always need “two to tango”. Every leader needs a follower, every abuser needs a victim, otherwise their roles cannot exist.

What that means in this regard is that we are equally responsible. We've been neglecting our bodies for years on end, and in doing that, have relinquished our own personal authority, blindly handed it to others.

I come from a different angle. I’m not about “them vs. us.” To me this is a defeated rhetoric that only solidifies victimhood and complacency, and only gives power to those projected as abusers of society..

I understand that blaming is an essential step in the beginning of transcendence. But too many times I only see it as the goal rather than the means to self realization: the understanding that one is responsible for whatever outcome they experience in life.

The essence of this post is to expose what’s happening within the world of institutional medicine and why the individual must understand that he needs to take his life and health into his own hands; that he can no longer rely blindly on our supportive institutions because they’re not going to function properly anymore.

In this regard, it’s about the realization that in order to experience perfect health one doesn't need to be reliant on anyone. Because the art of medicine is primarily about assisting the body and the consciousness that runs it to self align.

Self aligning and healing principles are integral mechanisms of the human body. They are inherently simple. True medicine is about preventive health, not necessarily about trying to fix or amend symptoms that have risen to the surface at the 11th hour. That’s just human engineering. As I said in my post: I don’t have an issue with it but at least let’s call it what it is. Let’s not pretend it’s medicine.

I turned my back to institutionalized medicine long ago and I haven't looked back ever since. There’s enormous power in that and it’s very liberating.

Thank you, I do understand that. I accept my responsibility in the matter but that does not negate the responsibility of the doctors. They are employed by the taxpayers to help us heal but in reality all to often cause harm instead. So we are all responsible.

I avoided doctors and hospitals on the whole and did not blindly trust them. I generally ate and drank well. I have cycled since my teens and have kept fit.

If I had not fallen ill though and done what I did I would not have understood what I now understand. It is what the Bible says 'And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose.'

So good came from my folly and I am eternally grateful.

As regards the them v. us I do agree. I have been saying re lockdowns for example that people locked themselves down and forgot to use their God given brains.

And so many forgot to love, themselves let alone others..
